Each area can be booked individually or combined to create a flow that works for your event — whether that’s intimate and relaxed or expansive and exclusive — all set against the backdrop of Lake Taupō.

Peroni Deck

  • Our Peroni Deck is a generous trans-seasonal outdoor space with expansive lake views and large umbrellas for shade, creating an open, relaxed setting from day through to evening. While sheltered, it remains an open-air space rather than fully weatherproof.

    Well suited to larger social occasions, long lunches, celebrations and cocktail-style events that call for a vibrant lakefront atmosphere.

North Deck

  • Our North Deck is a trans-seasonal outdoor space offering elevated lake views and a relaxed, open-air atmosphere, with partial shelter to keep it comfortable through changing conditions.

    Well suited to cocktail-style gatherings, long lunches and social or corporate events that benefit from a defined yet flexible outdoor setting.

South Room

  • The South Room is an undercover interior space with lake views and large windows that can be opened to create an easy indoor-outdoor flow. Sheltered and comfortable year-round, it offers a more intimate setting while still feeling light and connected to the lakefront.

    Well suited to smaller private functions, meetings and relaxed celebrations that benefit from a defined, weather-protected space.

Premium Overwater Room

  • The Overwater Room is Two Mile Bay’s premium event space, positioned directly over the lake with expansive views, licensed jetty access and seamless indoor-outdoor flow through large opening windows. A distinctive setting that feels both exclusive and effortlessly connected to the water.

    Ideal for premium private functions, cocktail-style events and elevated celebrations that call for impact, flexibility and a truly memorable lakefront experience.

    Exclusive hire: Friday-Sunday from $2,000 with a minimum spend of $7,000 | Thursday hire from $1,500 | Monday-Wednesday hire from $1,000.

North Terrace

  • This large trans-seasonal space sits to the right of the main entrance and features its own dedicated bar and flexible layout, making it ideal for high-capacity gatherings and large-scale events. Typically shaded by a large umbrella, the area can also be fully enclosed with a marquee for complete weather protection (available as an optional upgrade).

    Well suited to corporate functions, milestone celebrations and cocktail-style events that require both scale and adaptability.

South Terrace

  • Located to the left of the main entrance, this versatile mirrored space offers a more relaxed setting with picnic-style seating, while still allowing for full transformation into a cocktail or event configuration. A bar and marquee can be added to create a fully serviced and weather-protected environment when required.

    Well suited to casual celebrations, social events and flexible large-group gatherings that benefit from an open, adaptable atmosphere.

Venue hire is unavailable during our absolute peak period from 26 December to 4 January. Availability may also be limited during other high-demand periods, such as the height of summer and long weekends. A venue hire fee may apply, and a deposit equal to the venue hire fee is required to secure your booking.
